Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the warehouse.
- Operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality control and report any defects or damages immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow production schedules and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor roles).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Valid identification documents required for visa processing.
