Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform assembly tasks according to established quality standards and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and packaging finished goods.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for reading production schedules and measuring materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
