Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing line in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools as trained by supervisors.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure packaging is correct and secure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times (5S standards).
- Follow verbal and written instructions from team leaders and shift managers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to read and speak basic English to ensure safety compliance and effective communication.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
