Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Operate industrial machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and writing skills (essential for safety and communication).
- Willingness to learn new tasks and operate various types of equipment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (we sponsor eligible candidates).
- No prior industrial experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
