Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech implications
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate frontier technology startups
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in human-machine interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, or neuromorphic)
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional command of AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry forums
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three scaled innovations with market impact
- Fluency in future-tech ecosystems (Web3, decentralized identity, etc.)
