Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neural interfaces) through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge tech into enterprise operations and customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align tech adoption with business objectives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on technology disruption and digital transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Analyze ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on tech disruption
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
