Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state technology adoption
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive positioning post-2025
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 technology readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
