- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts and market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee innovation portfolio management and R&D prioritization
- Guide ethical technology governance frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technology analysis and trend forecasting
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and exponential technologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
