Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business strategy
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI governance
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee prototyping of 6G networks and brain-computer interface prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialized AI/quantum systems
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in sustainable tech lifecycle management
