Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into actionable strategies
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and executive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-oriented insights into innovation pipelines and roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
