Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating technological disruption and market evolution
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content that shapes industry discourse on future-ready business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's required)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
