Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts across tech, society, and markets
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to emerging megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience)
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations to communicate future scenarios and strategic options
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global innovation ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to align long-term technology roadmaps with market evolution predictions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AGI, biotech, neurotech) and societal impact drivers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or relevant technical discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
