We are seeking a visionary Futurist Strategist to lead our 2026 vision initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 strategic vision roadmap.
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product and business strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, industry experts, and thought leaders.
- Develop scenario planning models to prepare for multiple future outcomes.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to generate forward-thinking ideas.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and driving change.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend analysis.
