Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication with C-suite experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy domains
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and trend forecasting tools
