Responsibilities
- Map global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and assess their business impact by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented priorities
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Author thought leadership reports and present insights to executive boards and industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in predictive modeling and data visualization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating past trend analysis and strategic impact
