Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients adopting disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into prototyping initiatives
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech disruption patterns
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
