Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-focused initiatives
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging innovations into product roadmaps
- Design scenario planning frameworks for global market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor emerging futurists and build an internal foresight culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across diverse industries
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
