Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using blockchain and biotech integration
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through policy recommendations at industry summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation management
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published work on technological disruption or sustainability transformation
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
