Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, Business) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in innovation strategy, futures research, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans based on future trends.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis.
