Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) and translate insights into strategic frameworks for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models to prepare for disruptive technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect Horizon Dynamics' 5-year innovation roadmap with quantifiable milestones
- Advise product teams on emerging technologies and market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering trend analysis that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
