Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead client workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build an internal foresight lab with proprietary research methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Published thought leadership on future trends (TED talks, journals, books)
- Expertise in at least three exponential technology domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
