Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and quantum domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and emerging tech
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author white papers on ethical AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and futurist conferences
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our incubation program
- Quantify market opportunities for decentralized autonomous organizations
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or similar
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, AGI safety frameworks, and climate tech
- Experience with patent development in emerging fields
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CF) preferred
