Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, space exploration) to inform 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented mindsets across departments
- Produce trend reports and white papers for C-suite and board decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future human needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
