- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' with actionable foresight recommendations
- Identify ethical and regulatory implications of disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech trends (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic adaptation
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
