Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and trend briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
