Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop actionable roadmaps for organizational adaptation to emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Experience in cross-cultural global trend analysis
