Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, marketing, and executive teams to align future-vision initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and nurture emerging startups in strategic sectors
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AGI implications)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
