Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend briefs and future-state roadmaps
- Advise product development teams on emerging tech integration
- Establish foresight methodologies and quantitative trend analysis
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade, Trend Hunter)
