Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities in human-AI collaboration
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive decision-making
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise product teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or foresight reports
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
