Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend extrapolation
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI governance, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech transitions
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future workforce dynamics and remote collaboration evolution
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI and sustainable futures
- Maintain proprietary trend database and signal detection algorithms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing quantitative foresight models with Python/R
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate resilience strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-impact analysis for Fortune 500 clients
