Responsibilities

- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience advising organizations in technology, finance, or healthcare sectors
