Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for technology, market, and societal evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive forces and black swan events
- Produce actionable trend reports and future impact assessments for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with 2026+ horizons
- Design innovation pipelines by converging cutting-edge technologies with unmet human needs
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies on long-term strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
