Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to forecast 2026 industry transformations
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.) and data visualization tools
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts
