- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and thought leadership
