Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizational responses to future market disruptions
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and R&D allocation strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities with complex systems thinking
- Outstanding presentation skills with ability to articulate abstract concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies required
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or implemented innovation frameworks
