Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into pilot programs
- Develop quantitative models forecasting market disruption and opportunity landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technology investments with future market needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into business strategy and execution
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
