Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios and market positioning
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot innovations aligned with future market needs
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Produce actionable insight reports and strategic briefs for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
