Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Establish quantitative frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into prototyping and pilot initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and competitive intelligence briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
