- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term organizational vision
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present compelling future narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
