Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for next-gen challenges
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, digital transformation, and sustainable innovation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
