Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Establish key innovation metrics and KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate complex scenarios into strategic priorities

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic plans (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling
