Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based futures frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Curate and deliver executive-level futures intelligence through whitepapers and immersive workshops
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of radical curiosity and ethical foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or enterprise strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis using quantitative/qualitative methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Strong ethical grounding in responsible innovation and sustainability frameworks
