Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to identify opportunities for 2026+ market disruption
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into strategic planning cycles
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence product development decisions
- Build partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Measure and report on innovation portfolio ROI and impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
