Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons

- Present compelling foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence) for strategic adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven 2026+ foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., WEF, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
