Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive leadership and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future scenarios into organizational DNA
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
