Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D priorities and prototype development
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide organizational decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Curate external partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning deliverables
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience working with C-suite in tech, healthcare, or energy sectors
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and climate disruption scenarios
