What you'll achieve:
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for global tech and healthcare clients
- Develop proprietary trend forecasting models using proprietary AI platforms
- Present executive-level future scenario briefings to C-suite audiences
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' next-gen innovation framework
Responsibilities
- Analyze converging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging megatrends
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Advise clients on long-term strategic pivots and innovation investments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience working with C-suite across tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
