- Architect and implement Horizon's 'Future Intelligence' ecosystem integrating AI-driven analytics and human expertise
- Spearboard strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives driving organizational alignment and stakeholder buy-in
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
