Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ landscape analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-thinking into corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and next-gen computing
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines and R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience launching products/services based on future trend predictions
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millennium Project)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-execution track record
