Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging innovations (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year vision
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
